This unit is all about sustainable work practices and how to act in a way that ensures future generations are able to live on earth in the same way we do. This unit will get you thinking about all the things that you do that have a negative impact on the environment and how you can reduce the environment impact. Over the past decade, we've seen dramatic changes in society's  expectations of organisations in regard to the environmental impact they have. In this unit we will be exploring the specific impact that the beauty industry has on the environment, and look at the things that we can do to reduce this impact. It is important that we incorporate environmentally sustainable work practices in our working day, so that we protect the environment for future generations.
